Sarah - Licensed Veterinary Technician
Sarah has lived in the Winchester area all her life. She has been a part of the Apple Valley team since April 2008. Sarah has her bachelor's degree in Biology from James Madison University, and acquired her Veterinary Technician license the summer of 2017. Sarah currently has 4 pets, 2 dogs D Man a tiny chihuahua and Zuko a giant Cane Corso mastiff plus two Siamese mixed kitties Azula and Asami. She enjoys hiking and kayaking, and reading a good book.

Cassie - Licensed Veterinary Technician
Cassie has been a native of Clarke County all her life. She has been working for Apple Valley and Winchester Animal Hospitals since September 2002 and achieved her veterinary technician license in 2018. She has a Australian Cattle Dog Kiwi and likes to hike or canoe whenever she gets a chance.

Jennifer - Customer Service Manager
Jennifer resides in Clarke County, but previously lived in the Upperville and Middleburg areas. She grew up working with horses, and fox hunted with both Piedmont and Middleburg Hunts. As a former Animal Control Officer, she worked with many animals in Loudoun and Clarke County. Jennifer is excited to work with more small animals in a clinic setting, and has been with us since July 2016. She has two children, Amanda and Hayden. She loves Jack Russell Terriers and has one of her own named Kirby.

Barbara - Office Coordinator
Barb has worked at Apple Valley since 1996. She is from Forrest Hill, MD. She currently resides in Levels, WV with her husband and pets. Barb has a successful mini horse breeding and showing programs with many World Grand Champion title holders. She also is currently breeding and raising toy Australian Shepherds. One of her main hobbies is learning all she can about Parelli and using it to help the local youth 4-H clubs as well as her own horses.
